My Latest Creations

A couple of weeks ago I posted a picture of Addie's easter dress that I made and I have been making her dresses and skirts ever since. So I thought you all might like to see my latest creations I made for her. I am making a matching shirt for each of the skirts, I just am practicing my machine applique skills first. Oh and I made her dress that she is wearing in our family pictures. I am still not very good, but I least have a lot of fun making them. It is oddly theraputic.

Family Picture Sneek Peek

What do you think of the new look of our blog? I just so happened to find this background that matches Addie's dress exactly, so I couldn't resist putting it up on our blog. I LOVE our pictures!! Melissa said that I could copy and paste them from her website until we got our pictures back so I took full advantage. These are just a few of what is to come when she is all done editing everything and we get the CD. I am so excited to plaster these pictures all over our house!

Family Pics Today

This is just a quick post because I am so excited. We got our family pictures taken today which is a first since Tommy and I got engaged. Addie was naughty in my opinion but overall I think it went really well. The girl who took our pictures was so patient and so nice! I am just so excited to get our pictures back from her. She did such a good job and we had a lot of fun! I have to recommend her to everyone so here is a link to her photo blog. Baby Animal Day and Easter

On Friday we went to Baby Animal Day with my parents and one of my brothers and his family. We had lots of fun even though it was crowded. Addie had fun petting all the baby animals and running around. Her favorite was the tuh tuhs (turtles). Here are some pics from the day.

Addie had so much fun on Easter. I have to say I am very proud of how well her dress turned out! She looked so cute in it. She got to have 2 egg hunts yesterday. My parents did one for her at our house and then she did one up at Tommy's parents house with a few of her cousins. She loves looking for eggs and putting them in her basket by herself.
